IT security andoutsourcingfirm Netstore has selected the Oracle Siebel CRM On Demand
platform to support its growth.
The system has also been used to integrate Netstore's
non-interoperable legacy marketing systems.
Netstore was previously using a high-maintenance, complex legacy
CRM system, which demanded too much time from in-house employees.
The lack of a reporting capability also meant that it had limited
visibility into the business.
Through acquisitions, Netstore had also adopted multiple
variations of CRM systems that were not interoperable.
Netstore's monthly CRM On Demand user costs are now lower
overall than if it had continued with a variety of on-premise
systems, the firm said.
"CRM On Demand has given Netstore an easy to deploy, flexible
platform for our customers and sales teams. We can continue to be
effective and develop our business growth, matching Oracle's
solutions to the needs we have," said Alan Edwards, marketing
director at Netstore.
"We are very pleased with the CRM system and are looking to
further streamline our business and processes. The analytical
capability of the system will be extremely beneficial in the future
when we want to interrogate historical data."
