
RIMhas enhanced itsBlackberry server platformand client
software with messaging, collaboration, management, security and
application development improvements.
RIM said the updates will benefit end-users, IT departments and
developers, and will enable organisations to increase mobility,
productivity and return on investment.
Mike Lazaridis, Co-CEO at RIM, said, "The software enhancements
will make
Blackberry smartphones more powerful than ever and even easier
to manage."
The new BlackBerry platform enhancements are scheduled to be
phased in to new software releases during the first half of
2008.
