Caring Homes, a care home group, is implementing the
OpenAccounts finance system andweb-based purchase order (PO) processing
systemfrom COA Solutions to increase
efficiency.
OpenAccounts will replace three separate finance systems
currently used by Caring Homes, and the PO system will replace the
company's current paper-based PO processes.
By consolidating its financial systems into just one
company-wide, scalable system, Caring Homes will have a single,
holistic view of its finances and will also be prepared for future
growth.
Ian White, Caring Homes' financial director, said, "We currently
have over 100 privately owned care homes and services throughout
England and Scotland and have significant growth in the
pipeline.
"We recognised the need for a single, flexible finance system
that is able to grow with the company and that is well-suited to
our business needs. COA Solutions' OpenAccounts system is easy to
use, has flexible accounting and reporting capabilities, and is
proven to work effectively in care provider organisations."
White said the OpenAccounts systems, which will go-live this
summer, will "dramatically improve efficiency".
