The company will become a core element in the society's expanding range of consultancy services and assist in delivering its professionalism programme.

i-2-k has become a wholly-owned BCS group subsidiary. Marcus Harris continues as managing director of the company.

Harris said, "Over the past six years we have developed an innovative framework for managing and delivering CPD within IT departments. This process ensures IT professionals develop soft, process, commercial and technical skills in equal measure which are now required to meet the needs of our rapidly changing profession."
