Kent County Council has streamlined support to more than 600 schools with a network monitoring management system.
The Kent Community Network, a Kent County Council Project, is now relying on the Orion system from SolarWinds to maintain the health of its network.
The integrated Orion modules will support the network, servers and applications at more than 600 schools across the county that are connected to the Kent Community Network.
"Ensuring reliable internet access is provided to schools across the county is essential, as more of the curriculum is delivered online," said Marc Turner, wide area network development officer at Kent County Council.
"Orion will help us with both day-to-day management and proactive support across the 600-plus schools we look after."
