Socitm Insightwill hold a conference
on the future of local government transformation in
January.
The conference, entitled "Raising the game for
transformation of local public services: managing efficiency,
avoidable contact and customer satisfaction", was organised in the
wake of the
Comprehensive Spending Review and the new National Indicators
for local government.
At the conference, local authorities already advanced in
achieving service transformation will be speaking, and the effects
of recent policy developments on local councils will be
discussed.
It will be held in London on 17 January.
