
SAPhas introduced the next version of
SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), a component of its
SAP Business Suite enterprise software.
The
SAP CRM 2007 product provides trade promotions management,
business communications management and pipeline performance
management. SAP said it has improved the user interface to support
Web 2.0 developments, making it easier for users to access relevant
information.
SAP said it has engineered the CRM product to help companies
achieve a view of all customer interactions. The software includes
SAP Business Communications Management software, which brings
together communications technologies and SAP CRM to expand
traditional call centre-based processes across the organisation,
including field-based staff and experts in any location.
It also offers SAP Real-Time Offer Management software to help
businesses bring intelligence to customer interaction.
SAP CRM 2007 is available to customers in December 2007.
