The Dudley Group of HospitalsNHS Trusthas deployed an e-rostering
system to save time and money.
The Trust will implement SMART eHL to replace manual rostering
methods, and provide electronic self-rostering, staff scheduling
and automated rostering for a range of staff groups.
The web-based SMART system includes fully automated integration
with ESR, the national HR and payroll system for the NHS.
The software will be supplied on a fully hosted IT
infrastructure, allowing secure access for staff for self-rostering
and roster administration from any location via the internet.
