TheUS Department of Veterans Affairs is investigating yet
another data breach, this time the theft of
three PCs containing the details of 12,000 vets.
The VA organisation saw personal details of 26.5 million vets
stolen last year when a laptop and hard disk went missing.
Since then, in separate incidents, VA has lost 250,000 personal
details, 16,000 personal details, and 16,500, among others.
The latest theft - two desktops and one laptop - took place at a
medical facility in Indiana. The personal details included social
security numbers of vets.
