Toyota Motor Europe has standardised its sales
applications onsalesforce.comand deployed a fully
integrated European IT system in less than three
months.
Toyota Motor Europe can now automate many day-to-day sales
processes, which allows its European sales territories to work
together, resulting in an increase in customer responsiveness.
Account managers at Toyota Motor Europe's headquarters in
Belgium, as well as Toyota National Sales and Marketing companies
throughout Europe, use the on-demand service to target, acquire and
manage day-to-day relationships with fleet customers.
One of the main reasons for choosing the on-demand application
is its ability to integrate with back office systems and external
sources of information regarding vehicle data.
Chrysler Financial, which provides leasing and financing for
DaimlerChrysler dealers and customers, has deployed Salesforce's
on-demand customer relationship management system.
