IT departments are facing a growing number of challenges on a day-to-day basis, and are having to satisfy the increasing demands of the business through existing technological resources while ensuring future demands can also be met in a timely and cost-effective way.
Tomorrow’s successful IT departments will need to make investments in IT resources and infrastructures that are capable of meeting business focussed outcomes rather than technical ones.
