Cisco's WebExMeetMeNow service has been enhanced withvideo conferencingfeatures and integration with theMicrosoft Officeproductivity suite.

The updated on-demand conferencing service makes it easier for users to configure their cameras for meetings, and jump from one participant to another in virtual roundtables.

In addition, video conferences can now been arranged and launched through the widely used Microsoft Office suite, and users can more easily share documents on one another's PCs.

The technology costs £25 per month. Cisco owns WebEx, which provides the service over its own network.
