A UK mediation service provider has set up a panel to
focus onintellectual propertyand technology
disputes.
In Place of Strife's
specialist
panel of mediators will handle disputes related to IT and
computer law, trademark and patent infringement, and unfair
competition.
The panel will give organisations access to mediators around the
world who specialise in IP and technology.
"This is an excellent fit with the often cross-border nature of
disputes in intellectual property and technology," said Mark
Jackson-Stops, founder of In Place of Strife.
He said mediation had a vital role to play in an increasingly
global economy to help organisations resolve disputes
cost-effectively and speedily.
