Are Lufthansa recruits heading for a boob?

Jobs in IT are not what they once were. Long gone are the dotcom days when a Java developer could be seen cruising around Canary Wharf while chucking empty bottles of Cristal though his side window. These days, you take jobs where you can get them and no matter how painful they sound, as reader Pete Kostiuk points out.

"Looking at the IT vacancies in last week's Computer Weekly, my attention was drawn to the posts at Lufthansa, stating that the posts were based at their 'implant in Peterborough'. Is there another meaning for 'implant'?"

Downtime fervently hopes there is for the sake of the staff at Lufthansa.
