IBMhas broughtWeb 2.0usability features to its web-basedelectronic formsprocessing offering.

IBM Lotus Forms 3.0 can be integrated with third-party software and back-end systems, with users being able to create, fill out, sign and submit forms data via a web browser without downloading additional software.

Using web services, Lotus Forms now provides a wizard-based interface that works tightly with any service oriented architectures (SOAs).

This makes it simple for customers to pre-populate forms with existing system information, to help reduce data entry errors and improve employee productivity, by streamlining process automation and reducing operation costs, said IBM.
