Carphone Warehouse improves web filtering to increase staff productivity

Carphone Warehouse in Ireland has selected St.Bernard's iPrism platform to increase productivity through effective internet filtering on its network.

The iPrism system will monitor and control online access for 300 users across 70 Carphone Warehouse stores in Ireland. The system was supplied by Irish reseller Pulse IT.

''iPrism has really helped us to increase productivity during office hours,'' said Colm Byrne, IT manager at Carphone Warehouse Ireland. ''We have certain work groups within the company, such as administration, finance, sales, senior management, and I find that iPrism is perfect for creating policies for these groups.
