Cash and Oyster card goes live

London commuters can now combine credit and cash card functionality with Oyster travelcards as Barclaycard OnePulse is made available today.
The launch, first muted in May, sees Oyster technology licensed to a third-party, by Transys, for the first time and enables users to make purchases under £10 without cash, perform standard chip and pin purchases and pay for their travel across London all from one card.
Transport for London, said there are over 10 million Oyster cards in circulation.
