Construction plant hire and demolition firm Owen Pugh
hasoutsourced its IT to Croft Technologyto increase efficiency and cut costs.
The deal has seen Croft design and implement a new IT
infrastructure and provide a managed service to North-East-based
Own Pugh.
Croft has also deployed a
Cat5e (Category 5 enhanced) managed cable network to the firm
to improve connectivity.
John Dickson, Owen Pugh group chairman, said, "The total
replacement of the IT system in our business represents a
significant investment, and the fact that it has been undertaken on
time, within budget and with minimal disruption to the business is
a credit to Croft."
