US man puts himself in the frame for bank fraud

A budding Moriarty operating in Michigan, US, framed himself for a crime he did not quite manage to commit. The man was attempting to film ATM users entering their Pins, but made the mistake of turning the camera on too early and taking pictures of himself before installing the device.
Police said the camera was spotted by a customer before anybody's details could be stolen.
The pictures showed a presumably rather stupid-looking man with glasses, grey hair and a baseball cap. Police said his blunder would help them find him quickly.
