Sterling unveils inquiry-to-cash platform

Sterling Commerce has released its Selling and Fulfilment Suite, a system for managing the inquiry-to-cash cycle in the manufacturing, retail, distribution and communications sectors.

The suite is designed to improve customer and supplier interactions by providing a single end-to-end view of marketing, lead management, selling, orders, inventory, delivery and supply. It also displays returns, repairs and settlement across the supply chain.

The offering consists of seven solutions: eStorefronts eCatalog and Offer Management Configure, Price, Quote Order Management Warehouse Management Transportation Management and Supply Chain Visibility.
