The National Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project for Scotland has selected Lagan as the preferred supplier for its CRM system.

The project will be implemented initially across four councils: Aberdeen City, Inverclyde, Scottish Borders and West Lothian, which serve 500,000 people between them.

The councils expect the collaborative project to deliver efficiency savings and improve service delivery by facilitating citizens' access to key services across multiple authorities.
