Systemshas acquiredTaratec
Development, a provider of IT services to the
life sciences sector for £14.5m.
Patni said the acquisition was in line with its strategy of
enhancing its market specific services.

Sunil Chitale, senior vice president and head of manufacturing
practice at Patni.
