Bollinger Insurance has signed a contract to use the LuminX
Enterprise Benefits Administration platform from Acclamation
Systems to help it administer its self-funded medical, dental and
Rx business.
Headquartered in New Jersey, Bollinger has branch offices in New
York City, Philadelphia, PA, and Princeton, Moorestown and
Vineland, NJ. The firm has commission revenues in excess of $100
million and over 450 employees, and provides business and personal
insurance to a wide range of customers, as well as specialty
insurance programs for golf and country clubs, amateur sports, and
schools and colleges.
"We were looking for a completely integrated system and found it
in LuminX," said Leonard Cannarozzi, Bollinger executive vice
president and CIO. "We believe LuminX will help us increase our
levels of automation and productivity while offering added value
services to our clients, such as online enrollment and
reporting."
LuminX is a benefits management system that combines a claims
processing engine with integrated technologies, such as imaging and
IVR; and Web-based functions, such as enrollment and eligibility
maintenance, and advanced reporting and business intelligence. The
system currently supports nearly 7 million member lives.
