InterContinental Hotels (IHG) has accelerated and
improved its recruitment process by deploying Taleo Enterprise
Edition.
The hotel chain can now acquire more high quality talent and
effectively re-deploy existing staff to meet the needs of its
expanding business by
automating the recruitment process.
The global solution was initially implemented across Asia, and
has since been deployed in Europe and the US. The implementation
has included the InterContinental brand of hotels, as well as the
Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza brands.
