Social landlord Housing Hartlepool has
signed an IT services deal with Northgate
Information Systems to improve its repairs service.
Northgate is providing an IT managed service, including a
24-hour repair line, which residents can use to report any repairs
required.
Catherine Purdy, chief executive of Housing Hartlepool, said,
“Northgate has provided us with comprehensive ICT management and
support. This ensures that we can focus our resources where they
are needed most, and empowers staff to improve and provide services
that are valued by the local community.
“There has been a vast improvement in the service that our staff
have been able to provide for residents, and the new 24-hour repair
line provides our residents with a convenient, reliable and
beneficial service.”
