Medical technology firm Gambro is to use an on-demand
talent management system for 4,000 employees across 40
countries.
The solution from SuccessFactors will also manage the personal
details of a further 3,000 employees.
Gambro will use the
Performance and Talent Management Suite,
using the Goal Management, Performance Management, and
Compensation modules, as part of its corporate objective of
creating a performance-driven culture, retaining talent and
gaining an accurate insight of its global employee base of
7,000 personnel.
Gambro will be using the modules to help manage the performance
of 4,000 of its employees, but details of all 7,000 employees will
be contained within the system.
The project will be run by Gambro’s global HR department based
at the company’s headquarters in Sweden.
