Garlands Call Centres is creating 320 new jobs at its
call centres in the Tees Valley.
The centres at Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Stockton serve
blue chip clients that have outsourced their
customer service functions.
As well as customer advisors, the new jobs include contact
centre managers and key support personnel. The jobs come as a
result of both expansion with existing clients and new business
wins, said Garlands.
"We're bringing new job opportunities with major blue chip
companies to the region," said Chey Garland, chief executive of
Garlands Call Centres.
"The North East is enjoying a booming service sector and it's
very satisfying to be playing a part in that success.”
