Using Actuate to centralise sales and finance information has shifted performance up a gear at American Suzuki Motor.

The Suzuki dealership has consolidated its financial, inventory and sales data onto Actuate’s Enterprise Reporting Application Platform and provides web-based operational reports to its field offices.

“All our team members now have an easy-to-use, web-based tool to access inventory management data and dealer performance,” said Suzuki’s credit manager, Steve Chavez.

Suzuki’s head office can now quickly spot underperforming dealerships and suggest ways to improve performance.
