SAP will extend its support for
mid-sized companies with the next version of SAP
All-in-One.
The company said that the new version of SAP All-in-One, which
is built upon mySAP ERP 2005 and SAP’s customer relationship
management technology, would let users “adopt new innovations over
time in an evolutionary way that minimises costs and alleviates
disruption to ongoing operations”.
Hans-Peter Klaey, SAP president of global SME business, said,
“We are providing mid-size companies and SAP’s partners who serve
them with an enhanced portfolio of solutions, proven industry best
practices, and the tools to adopt new innovations easily and
seamlessly over time.”
SAP All-in-One’s ability to rapidly configure new processes
would help businesses to adapt to meet fast-changing customer
demand, as well as regulatory, financial and environmental, health
and safety requirements, said SAP, which added that the software
would help firms migrate to service oriented architectures.
To be introduced worldwide throughout 2007, All-in-One will also
fully use SAP’s next wave of enhancements to SAP Best Practices – a
global portfolio of business scenarios and documentation.
