BMC Software has launched a range of transaction
management tools that can help IT managers gain information to
improve the application experiences of end users.
One of the offerings is the Transaction Management Application
Response Time (TMART) software. This measures the performance of
applications from the perspective of end users.
In addition, the Mainview Transaction Analyzer tracks
transactions on IBM mainframes running the z/OS operating
system.
TMART starts at £36,000 and the Mainview Transaction Analyzer
has an entry-level price of £45,000.
BMC plans to add at least two other transaction tools to the
product family later this year, said the supplier.
