Hotel group checks in to web system

The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has completed its first annual pay review using web and workflow technologies to streamline its human resources processes across its worldwide offices.

IHG used HRM Software's Connect Pay Review application to manage its annual pay review process for more than 4,000 senior staff across 20 global offices. HRM Connect replaced IHG's existing labour-intensive spreadsheet-based application that was used by over 400 reviewing managers in IHG.
