High street retailer, The Carphone Warehouse has signed
a multi-million pound license and services agreement for a new
billing system for its phone services.
The Carphone Warehouse chose to implement the Singl.eView
billing software from business support firm Intec. As one of
Europe's largest mobile phone retailers, The Carphone Warehouse
offers its own branded fixed-line voice, mobile and broadband
services across 10 countries.
Intec will initially supply The Carphone Warehouse with products
that include Singl.eView Convergent Billing, Singl.eView Rating and
Transaction Engine, and Singl.eView Financial Assurance. Intec will
also provide professional services to implement and configure
Singl.eView.
