2K Development is bringing branded mobile Java and WAP application services to life on customers’ mobile phones with a new product called jbag.
The company said Jbag was an easy to use mobile application service platform suitable for more than 200 different mobile multimedia handsets from all major manufacturers.
Jbag.net’s authors said it was a "white label" solution that enabled companies to deliver branded, value-add and revenue-generating services to consumers. 2K said it was confident there was consumer demand for more sophisticated mobile content and services.
For businesses wishing to sell new or existing services to customers through their mobile phones, companies simply connect their content and select their options using the jbag.net online partner portal.
Jbag.net then does the rest, creating branded applications, dynamically optimising the content, and on request delivering this to the customer's mobile handset. 2K said the platform was integrated with all standards-based billing solutions and other value-added technologies, such as location-based services.
