Reporting a 6.8% fall in loss in pre-tax profits to £13.5m for the six months to 31 October, Xansa's chief executive, Alistair Cox, said he did not believe continental Europe was ready for large-scale outsourcing.
The company is set to increase its India-based workforce from 1,426 - a quarter of its total staff - to almost 3,000 next year, according to analyst firm Ovum Holway.
