In an exclusive interview with Computer Weekly, Jonathan Mitchell, vice-president of global services at GlaxoSmithKline and the new chairman of The Infrastructure Forum (Tif), said he hopes to see the user group take a lead in championing user issues.

With members from more than 100 FTSE 500 companies, Mitchell said that a natural consequence of Tif's size was an increasing involvement in campaigns of this kind. He identified business continuity, pricing models, security and forming closer relationships with suppliers as the key issues for 2002.
