A new online recruitment site will only offer IT and telecoms jobs that pay £100,000 or more a year, writes Antony Savvas.

As well as causing agold rush among staff wanting to get rich quick, Goldjobs is also making much of its quick and easy registration process.

Goldjobs offers the talented, as well as the envious, the chance toview jobs with only four clicks of the mouse:one to register a profile and three clicks to makethe profile - approximate suitable job title, industry segment, and the job location.

Applicants can also remain anonymous until they want to declare their identity during the selection process.

The UK is the first market to be covered by the new site, but it will soon be expanded to cover continental Europe and Australasia.

Frank Dwan, co-founder of Goldjobs, says, "Weare the only job advertising site geared exclusively to higher earners, who now represent a small but ever-increasing percentage of the UK's population.

"Because this is a niche market, we can focus on quality rather than quantity. We want prospective candidates to feel almost like members of an exclusive club."

Despite Dwan's exclusive expectations, company managers can expect the site to be bookmarked everywhere.
