Symantec is distributing beta versions of Norton Internet Security 2007 and Norton AntiVirus 2007 for the upcoming Windows Vista operating system.

Symantec is distributing beta versions of Norton Internet Security 2007 and Norton AntiVirus 2007 for the upcoming Windows Vista operating system.

Consumers using the beta version of Vista can use the security tools to protect their PCs against online threats.

Beta versions of Vista compatible Norton Internet Security 2007 and Norton AntiVirus 2007 are available for public download at http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/publicbeta/index.jsp

The final versions of Vista compatible Norton Internet Security and Norton AntiVirus will be available for purchase subject to the general release of the Windows Vista operating system, scheduled for January.

Users who purchased Norton Internet Security 2007 and Norton AntiVirus 2007 designed for the Window XP Home/XP Pro operating system are eligible for a free Windows Vista compatibility upgrade.
