BCS Programming test gains sponsorship

John Kavanagh
The BCS Programming Competition is offering new sponsorship opportunities as it prepares to launch its landmark 20th year.

The competition is for teams of up to five people, who solve problems against the clock, using a single PC.

Teams from industry and universities consistently praise the event as a test of teamwork and management as well as programming expertise. Regional heats are held across the UK.

The BCS is inviting sponsorship of the modest expenses of running the competition. It gets wide coverage, with sponsors acknowledged in BCS publications. Potential sponsors can contact BCS manager Anna Duckworth.
