Helping consumers to 'Discover RFID'

There is a real world education exercise to be done on RFID, demonstrating its benefits to the average consumer, and how it could transform their lives.

So that's what the RFID standards group EPCglobal has done, creating a site called Discover RFID.

I think it's a good idea and a useful source of information for consumers, and would-be future RFID users. It doesn't need to provide chapter and verse; it just needs to put RFID in context. And that's what I think it does.
