Choices that take the business of IT into the next business age

With thanks to Peter from Auckland:

If your company does not have a strategy then if you are feeling brave, do an IT business strategy, anyway, and if you are feeling very brave, put forward your idea of a company strategy. Do one of these, i.e. put up, or...

Please send me your best examples of success - of your own actions that work, way way beyond mere "best practice" - Together, we will form a network that helps each other - and that changes the future shape of IT - simply by sharing real experience that works, we will together build up a database of the best of the best, available to all. Life and Leadership

From Dora in London:

David, I heard you speak once, and you said the one thing every human being and everything alive has in common is the same length of time each day - i.e. 24 hours. That is not true! Look at cats - who live in the now - totally in the present. I have found a great way to copy them is to live a time-free day i.e. hide all the clocks and go with the moment - eat when you want to eat, do what you want to do when YOU want to do it (and that may include nothing), and go to bed when you are tired. Do not do this on a work day!

Please send me your best examples of success in your personal life - in your family - in your relationships. What helps make you feel confident that you can share with others, for example? - Together, we will form a network that helps each other - simply by sharing real experience that works, we will together build up a database of the best of the best, available to all.
