Communication - Business and Personal - 7 of 10

7 of 10 - Business (can also be used in personal!)

How welcome is your help-desk and IT department to visitors?

1st rule of mobile phones - other people are not interested in your conversation - indeed, on a train, they are ALL sitting there wishing you would simply SHUT UP

Just so you know

And if you are in a quiet carriage, most people won't point this out to you - they will just think "not only is this person boring and loud, they are also blind, stupid and cannot read.

Finally, trust me on this, in Britain, if someone comes up to you and points out it is a quiet carriage - you better listen, beceasue they are at least this
