4 of 10 - Personal (can also be used in business!)When you first meet people, match their handshake (mirror how they are holding your hand, th edistance they are standing) then look at them, pause for under half a second and then smile while looking directly into their eyes.
This very very slightly delayed smile makes it look more natural.
Or, don't - your choice - however as people decide if they like you within 3 seconds of meeting you, it is a choice you may want to think short and hard about

You're right the website 'this' connects to, is such a good example. I've read it 3 times and still am no better off. It obviously sounded good in someone's head, when they wrote it! Then a few more people, who probably didn't understand it but didn't like to say, approved it. It's not instilling me with confidence that I can successfully do business with them!
