Ensure you have a clear, concise and compelling dream/outcome for the team and that everyone knows how they are helping achieve it, by what they are doing each and every day...

Well, go on, stop reading and do it...

It's not Rocket Science...

What to do when you walk into a crowded room at a networking event or party...either stand around like a lemon waiting for someone to talk to you, or look for a conversation involving two people. Stand so it becomes a three and listen to the person speaking. When they finish say "I am so sorry to interrupt you" (they will say - "no, no, that's fine") then introduce yourself, then (and this is key) ask the person who was talking a question about what they were saying - shows you were listening and the conversation continues as a three...

Share Your Advice - What is your most powerful, simple, not rocket science piece of advice to share with the world? On any subject - please share it by writing a comment or by e-mailing me at david@nakedleader.com. When it is shared or quoted you will get full accreditation. Thank you.
