Leadership of E-Mail - The M stands for...

Make a cup of tea, or coffee, or something stronger, before you reply to a negative e-mail

And then, reply, read and have someone trusted review it - stay professional and polite, rise above any pettiness.Or don't, go and see the person, or phone them...

Or

One week of the most powerful words in the world...words that work and words that wound.

Avoid "should" - it is a judgement word - "you should be doing that"

Instead

Use "would" - "would that be a useful thing for you to do?"

"Would" is also good at getting this to happen...

Tomorrow - The only word - that's the ONLY word in the English langauge that opens up the subsconscious - use it when you communicate...
