The hidden priority of every CEO

...Is quite simply, this:

Loneliness

So what? So, stop asking your CEO, or boss, and organisation, what they can do for you, and ask what you can do for them. With thanks to JFK. If you think that is too much of a cliche, do it anyway. Or don't.

Tomorrow, a new series - Leadership of Choices - The Top Eight Choices you can make in your IT role, team or project, when faced with a challenge, or disabler....

This week - the best (i.e. they work) one-liners...

The best, single chat up line in the world - is the one that works for you - trial and error will always work, eventually...

In case you think that is a cop-out - my favourite two, both designed to get a response (which is what you want) are:

"It's hot today, isn't it? It's the best weather when you're training for the marathon."

or

"Do you want to come back to mine and drink tea and snort coke?’

There is only one answer to that: ‘I don’t drink tea.’

The best single line to diffuse the anger and emotion from an argument with a loved one...
