New website - comments on current site, please

One of the projects I'm planning to follow in the blog is our new website. There are a number of drivers for this project - the main ones are that our business is evolving, and that the current site is looking ever more 2004, and doesn't provide things that we need.

If you have any comments on the current site I'd be pleased to hear them - www.telereal.com . Many thanks.

Hi Adam,

I guess you are already doing this but I would strongly recommend taking a User Centered Design approach - see my post on this at http://www.computerweekly.com/blogs/editors-blog/2007/12/asking-your-users-for-feedback.html particularly if you want your users to interact with your site. We all get very close to our products, which gives us a lot of assumed knowledge something a user doesn't always have.
Getting the users involved in the redesign process has been very educational and valuable for us.

Think of the most cleat rules in Web 2.0 and you will get and clear, user friendly , and good looking site - this menas - clear style, good choise for colors, gradients, reflections, big fonts and etc.

Regards
Dimi
