Victorinox's Swiss Army Knives has added a flash memory drive to its list of tools.
In May, Swissbit will introduce four versions of Victorinox's Swiss Army Knife; two with a 64Mbyte flash drive and two with a 128Mbyte flash drive, the company announced at the CeBIT exhibition in Hannover.
The knives will be available in a travel-safe version that includes a red LED (light emitting diode) and a ballpoint pen, as well as an extended version that packs a red LED, ballpoint pen, a knife, a file with a screwdriver tip and a pair of scissors.
All four versions feature password protection to limit user access to the data stored on the flash memory drive.
The SwissMemory USB Swiss Army Knife will be available worldwide from next month. The 64Mbyte version starts at around $73 and the 128Mbyte version will be priced at around $88.
