Changepoint, the professional services automation (PSA) software provider, has won a deal with Microsoft to roll out its software to 6,000 of Microsoft's consulting and support professionals.

The £4m deal will see Changepoint's PSA rolled out to Microsoft's Worldwide Services organisation, (formerly Microsoft Consulting Services).

It will be integrated with Microsoft's own Project 2002 application and tied into Microsoft's back-end Siebel CRM and SAP ERP implementations, Ayman Gabarin, Changepoint's European vice-president told CW360.com.

PSA software makes it easier for consultants to create, calculate, track and send invoices and the Microsoft rollout, in English, German, French and Asian languages, is expected to be completed by early next year.

"It is not our biggest rollout, but delivering to a system across 63 countries is a milestone for us," said Gabarin.
