In this interview Adrian Davey, head of IT at Tubelines, speaks to Cliff Saran about how Tube Lines has made the most from the company's Microsoft Enterprise Agreement.

With the availability of Windows Server 2008, Tube Lines has looked at using Windows 2008 Terminal Services to replace an existing Citrix Metaframe server farm.

Davey has also used the Home Use Rights option in the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement to give end users the option of buying Office 2007 for home use and gain valuable experience of the new version, in preparation for a company-wide roll-out.
