Standard Chartered Bank has selected Pegasystems’ Smart
Investigate system to improve customer service in relation to
payments processing.
The Smart Investigate framework is built on Pegasystems'
SmartBPM suite of rules-driven business process management
tools.
The bank will use the software to minimise payment transaction
errors and to support fast and consistent follow-up investigations,
providing better service to its customers. The installation will
provide Standard Chartered with a fully automated, end-to-end
process.
Earlier this month, Standard Chartered moved to adopt a range of
Swift services to support its transaction banking strategy. The
bank will roll out SwiftNet Cash Reporting, Exceptions and
Investigations, Trade Services Utility, Proxy Voting and SwiftNet
Funds and extend the use of SwiftNet to its corporate clients.
